First of all, I want to tell you that I love your products. I bought one ArthroStim and VibraCussor and knew I had 90 days to try them out so I figured that I had nothing to lose. After about 3 weeks I realized that the patient demand for this thing was awesome. I was ending up carrying the ArthroStim to each room, plugging it in and then trying to remember where I left the darn adjusting forks. I realized that I needed one in each room. This was a hard decision because I’m so cheap when it comes to purchasing equipment but I knew that this was a purchase that would benefit me and the patients. So I bought another so I had one in each room (I have two treatment rooms).
It was a radical change for me because I am and was such a hands-on style of chiropractor. I didn’t feel as though I did anything unless there was a major audible. When I did soft tissue work, I would use deep pressure. I figured that patients needed this and I was strong enough to do it.
After using the instruments, I’ve re-evaluated my practice and realized that those rougher techniques often scare people away. I’ve read somewhere that “For every one person that likes a good ‘crack’ there’s 10 people that hate it.” I didn’t realize how true that was until my 14th year of practice when patients comment on how glad they are that I “don’t do that.” As great as chiropractic is and as much as other professionals want to steal and learn what we’ve got, the patients are scared to death of us. The ArthroStim has given me a tool and method to address these patients’ problems without scaring them away.
Within the profession there are very dogmatic people claiming that their method is the best. I was that way for a number of years. I am not so dogmatic anymore. I’m so glad that there is such a variety to choose from. Imagine if there was only way to adjust.
Believe it or not, I did not research the companies prior to purchasing. As you know there are other companies with cheaper and similar products. Only after did I buy them (the ArthroStim and VibraCussor), did I notice that the “word on the street” was that you were the best. On un-biased websites and forums I’ve read nothing but absolute GREAT things about you. I guess I just got lucky that I purchased your products, because if I happened to buy an inferior quality item, it may not have altered my practice the way it did. Who knows.
As a last “thank you” I just got a new patient that called our office and found my name from IMPAC. I thought it was really cool that you would give people names of doctors that purchased your products. Owning these just gets better and better.

I’ve been meaning to write this letter for a long time, and the longer its been, the more impressed I’ve been with my ArthroStim and VibraCussor.
I have found them invaluable for everything from adjusting osseous areas to trigger point work to acupressure stimulation to scar rehabilitation.
In the five years I’ve been using them, I’ve had zero maintenance problems, and I use them all day long.

I have been using the VibraCussor® and ArthroStim® since November 2003, after attending one of Alan Creed's excellent training seminars. Although I purchased both instruments at the end of the seminar, I was a bit skeptical about the real value of the VibraCussor® as more than a "feel good" modality designed to give Chiropractors another billing opportunity. I wrongly thought it to be a glorified , high priced vibrator/massager... However, I was sufficiently impressed by Dr. Creed to take his recommendation and give it a try.
After having used the VibraCussor® on just a few patients, however, I recognized its efficacy. True to the claims made about it, it does indeed show every indication of normalizing nerve and muscle activity, stimulating positive joint proprioceptive response and releasing enough fixation of the spinal motor units, so as to allow subluxation correction with minimal force. It reduces the amount of time and number of visits required to achieve both symptomatic relief and structural correction.
The use of the VibraCussor® and ArthroStim® provides a two part approach to spinal correction, somewhat analogous to the use of a hammer and chisel by a sculptor of stone. They compliment each other. Together they do what neither can do individually.
These instruments provide the opportunity for a level of subtlety and precision in spinal correction that cannot be achieved by manual adjustments...
Using the ArthroStim® and VibraCussor®, I find that I am getting dramatic results, on even difficult cases in a fraction of the time I would have formerly expected. Experienced Chiropractic patients are likewise impressed with the speed with which they see their conditions improve, with fewer office visits and more comfortable adjustments. As a result they readily refer others.
